Entrepreneurs For The World creates a bridge from top university graduates and successful entrepreneurs to micro-entrepreneurs in the third world. Typically, our recruits (eLeaders) dedicate, on a full-time basis, six months to a year of their professional career to help 3VC entrepreneurs succeed in their micro-businesses.

3VC entrepreneurs are third world micro-entrepreneurs whose socially responsible micro-businesses have received funding from our for-profit, micro-venture-capital-affiliate 3VC or are operating one of 3VC's franchises. These micro-entrepreneurs run very small businesses in poor communities, usually lack formal education, and have very limited capital; but they have the smarts, dedication, and ambition to grow. 3VC’s goal is to find, support, and fund these micro-entrepreneurs through a profitable and thus sustainable business model.

Entrepreneurs For The World brings together eLeaders and 3VC entrepreneurs for their mutual growth and that of the world. 3VC entrepreneurs benefit from our eLeaders' experience, education, knowledge, initiative, skill, and perspective across businesses, communities, and nations. eLeaders gain pragmatic third-world business experience not taught at even the best business schools and the personal satisfaction of witnessing the tangible effects of their contribution on lives, businesses, and communities in the third world. Socially responsible micro-businesses are the pillars of indigent communities and create a foundation for sustainable improvement from within.

eLeaders receive wages and benefits which allow them to sustain a reasonable standard of living in the country of duty. Our model draws from
Wendy Kopp's success in Teach For America. We seek to recruit the best and brightest, provide them an unforgettable experience in entrepreneurship and social service, and create an alumni network conscientious of its responsibility to the world.
